About us

The SADC de Baie-des-Chaleurs supports and finances the development of businesses in the Avignon and Bonaventure RCMs. It gives advice and supports business persons to whom it proposes financial and technical aid programs. The purpose of these programs is to encourage creation, the maintenance and development of employment through start-ups, modernization, the acquisition and expansion of businesses.

The SADC also actively participates in the economic development of communities by implementing, organizing and supporting initiatives and projects which allow communities to stimulate their socioeconomic development.

Our mission

The Baie-des-Chaleurs Société d’aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) is dedicated to stimulating the economic, social and environmental development of its community in consultation with socio-economic stakeholders, entrepreneurs and individuals.

Our vision

The Baie-des-Chaleurs SADC generates a positive impact on the vitality of communities and businesses.

Our values

Integrity: We promote honesty through impartiality and transparency.

Respect: We show respect to people, groups and communities in different milieu, enabling everyone to develop in a serene environment that is conducive to the full expression of their talents. This value also refers, more generally, to respect for commitments.

Innovation: With professional integrity, we seek new opportunities, remain on the cutting edge of knowledge, and make decisions based on calculated risks to improve individual and organizational performance.

Solidarity: By acting in solidarity towards our employees, administrators and our network, we encourage mutual assistance and consultation. We have a team spirit and a strong sense of belonging to our community. This value is also expressed through the development of a sense of personal and collective responsibility towards others and society.

Receptivity: Receptivity is closely related to one of our fundamental elements: proximity. We demonstrate our openness, and always listen to our members, our clients and our territory. We employ organizational best practices to meet the expectations of our clients to whom we offer a personalized and dedicated service. We are also attentive to the expectations of our employees and partners.

The Réseau
