Baie-des-Chaleurs Human Resources Conference
Once a year, the Baie-des-Chaleurs SADC organizes the Baie-des-Chaleurs Human Resources Conference, in partnership with Emploi-Québec. More than 100 people participate every year.
This annual event is open to the general public, offering a great opportunity to hear well-known speakers and participate in workshops. It provides businesses and workers in the Baie-des-Chaleurs region an option for developing human resource skills without having to travel to major centers.
Teamwork, developing a sense of belonging, collaboration, intergenerational challenges and credibility in the workplace are among the topics discussed in recent years.
